Testing the changes
Local build testing
The new patch (fix-audio-flush-32bit.patch) was needed in order to build on 32 bit.
Arcan moved to fossil with a mirror to codeberg. Repeatedly had issues with the fossil repo being down, so used codeberg instead.
Additionally updated packages downstream of arcan.
