Hi, I'm Nathan DeWitt

I work as a System Administrator focusing on ChromeOS and Windows environments. My day-to-day involves finding practical ways to automate tasks, streamline cross-platform workflows, and monitor infrastructure. I primarily write code in Go and Python to build utilities that solve the specific technical problems I encounter.

Projects and Code

  • Spectra: A system monitoring agent and server written in Go that collects metrics across Linux and Windows hosts and features an active, remote diagnostic interface.
  • Befunge Interpreter: An interpreter for the Befunge esoteric programming language.
  • Static Site Generator: A static site generator built as part of the Boot.dev curriculum.
  • Mileage Calculator: A utility designed to calculate and track mileage.
  • Proofpoint URL Decoder: A completed Go utility that operates in both CLI and web server modes to decode Proofpoint protected URLs.
