Summary

Translates the changes from PR #4033 to all supported languages:

• Removed 301 from keywords array in es, fr, zh translations
• Updated redirect description text to remove references to 301 and permanent redirects
• Simplified the redirect explanation to match the English source

Updates the Spanish, French, and Chinese redirects.mdx docs to match the newer source wording by removing 301/permanent-redirect framing.

This drops "301" from frontmatter keywords and simplifies the redirect instructions/examples text (including removing the SEO/permanence explanation); French copy also normalizes apostrophes.
