Pull request overview
This PR is a WIP change aimed at improving diagnostics for HTTP stress/debug scenarios by increasing verbosity in the Docker SDK build script.
Changes:
- Enable PowerShell script tracing (
Set-PSDebug -Trace 1) in the Docker SDK image build script.
