Added blue, green, yellow ensigns for campaigns and a red/blue diagonal ensign for co-op campaigns.
The red, blue, green, yellow colours are the same and in the same positions for each palette so these should just work out of the box. If we ever wanted additional colours, white already exists (off-white colour for highlighting flags) and so does black, but purple and orange don't look good as dithering so some sort of modification to all bundled landview palettes and images would have to be done (i.e. reducing them all by 2 colours and adding those two colours to specific spots)
