Curators need to be able curate websites the LLM should use

Description

Let’s use the Django admin for this and other curator tasks. I think that will work fine.
Curators should be able to curate a list of websites the LLM should be using when answering questions.
Each website object (let’s call the class WebsiteResource maybe) should have a title, description, url and it should track who created it and who edited it last.
Let’s also create a superclass Resource that would have the title, description, creator, modifier, created at and modified at properties (so we can reuse it for other types of resources)
When making the request to the LLM, the urls should be passed in as arguments:

{
"input":"Question",
"urls":[
"url1",
"url2"
]
}

Ask Julia about a new link to the endpoint.
