And it might also be better to keep the language consistent throughout the workflow (either all Chinese or all English) to improve readability and maintain consistency.
… the prompt language into English; change the absolute local path in node python executor to relative path; adjust the prompt of the agents so it will generate the explanation better

This PR introduces a new workflow,
Knowledge_Point_Explainer.yaml,under the
/yaml_instancedirectory.The workflow is designed to help explain specific knowledge points
to students in a structured and clear manner.
