feat(workflow): add general_problem_solving_team

新增 Workflow：general_problem_solving_team

• 模型支持：使用 glm-4.7 模型
• 团队构成：
  • 需求理解与拆解部门
  • 逻辑推理与分析部门
  • 创意与方案生成部门
  • 语言表达部门
  • 技术实现部门
  • 信息搜集部门
  • 审核部门
• 设计目标：通过分工合作与问题拆解，实现高效解决通用问题的能力

测试说明

• 已在本地验证 Workflow 可正常运行
• 已测试问题拆解与多部门协作流程

其他说明

• 无破坏性改动，不影响现有功能
• 依赖：glm-4.7 模型配置

After reviewing the changes, it seems that the modifications to yaml_instance/net_example_en.yaml may not be strictly necessary. If you need to use it as a subgraph, it would be preferable to create or copy it as a separate subgraph file rather than altering the original example file.
Similarly, the creation of start.bat also appears to be unnecessary at this stage. Would you mind reverting this script ?
