Adds the ability to add a range of cells to a Series Data Label
Adds the SetText method to DataLabelItems meaning users can override the contents of a datalabel directly.
Also adds a new check for barCharts for the datalabelPosition Top as it will corrupt an Excel File if it is set on barCharts.
This required significant fiddling with ExtLst. And Is lacking backwards-compatability features if the workbook is opened with An excel version prior to Excel 2013.
This and other improvements that should be made have been added to a new issue: #2294
Also copied a lot of functionality for this type of reference/range to a new class
