dd-trace-javaCI now requires images to be signed. Images can be signed by mirroring them intoregistry.ddbuild.io.Instead of tagging images with the
vYY.MM-prefix and using these tagged images indd-trace-javaCI, we now tag with theci-prefix, mirror these images, and have CI pull them directly fromregistry.ddbuild.io(see DataDog/images image-mirroring and DataDog/dd-trace-java#10744).This PR also includes instructions and scripting support on how to test PR images, as these also need to be mirrored before running in CI.
