This change drops the noopener,noreferrer feature flags when opening the 1Panel website, so the newly opened tab can access window.opener and potentially redirect the admin UI tab (reverse-tabnabbing) while also receiving the full referrer. The regression is triggered whenever a user clicks the “to1Panel” link in the upgrade panel.
