6.0.20260301 Causing general instability and hanging operations

Behavior
After extension updated to 6.0.20260301 general instability across VSCode occurred.

• "Initializing tsconfig.json" message displayed indefinitely in the status bar
• Behaviors from other extensions may or may not function (eg. running commands)
• Unable to run commands related to TS Server such as "Open TS Server log"
• File renaming indefinitely hangs waiting for participants

Reverting to 6.0.20260228 resolved the issues.
