No wifi or bluetooth, but "No drivers needed"

After installing Linux Mint to a T2 Mac, specifically a 2018 Mac Mini,

1. During startup, I have an error about bc formware patch file not found, and

2. Afterwards, I have no wifi or blutooth,

With an ethernet connection, Driver Manager reports "No drivers needed."

Possible dupe of #76.
