when I run speckit.tasks, I add (first develop the function codes, when the codes could compile without errors, then develop the UT)
then I found the codes have beed developed in this stage

I had a similar experience with using /speckit.constitution with a lower cost model using copilot. It seems to get confused as to what it is actually doing and does something else entirely. Maybe its an issue with the context window with the lower cost models? I have noticed on some models such as GPT-5 mini the agent will say that the following

As @bryantqo mentioned that lower-cost models indeed come at a cost. It is up to the model to follow the instructions and your best results are going to be with higher end models. What model are you using?
