Consider to push upstream (Jwarc) the function to compress WARC records maintaining random access #4
Description
This should be rather a tool in jwarc, maybe not for now, but for the long term. jwarc recently added support for reading ZStandard-compressed WARC files and WACZ. A converter to record-at-time compression could fit into the jwarc tools.
