UpdateAutoConvertedForConnectedRelations should update metadata on remote nodes as well

Today it only updates the metadata on the local-node and this doesn't seem to be causing any issues as the workers are not yet interested in autoconverted attr of pg_dist_partition, so for now just noting it here.
