export model2vec classifier to onnx

I have been experimenting with exporting the OpenVoiceOS model2vec intent classifiers to onnx, I created this notebook https://github.com/TigreGotico/ml-notebooks/blob/main/m2v/ovos_intent_classifier_multilingual.ipynb

maybe model2vec could support this directly? the notebook includes export and inference code

Hi @JarbasAl , very nice, I can have a look at this. I can probably add support for explorting classifiers in https://github.com/MinishLab/model2vec/blob/main/scripts/export_to_onnx.py so that that script works for encoders as well as classifiers.
