Description
Buffer (Memory?): copy from void*/void* + size/void* + offset + size, the latter 2 handled by Resource and EngineRingBuffer.
Image: copy in core (if optimal host image copy is available) or copy into staging, then copy staging->dst on transfer queue. Write the ack value.
